Maintenance

If regular or emergency maintenance is needed, during or after our office hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM), please call 229.310.9325 and inform our staff of your service request. 

If our staff is unavailable to take your call, please leave us a voicemail with your name, address, phone number, and information about your service request.

The following situations are considered for our emergency maintenance services:

  • Broken door locks or windows
  • Broken water lines
  • Exposed electrical lines 
  • Fire (please dial 911 first)
  • Gas leak (please dial 911 first)
  • Loss of power
  • No air conditioning (when over 85 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • No heat (when under 45 degrees Fahrenheit) 
  • Plumbing backups (overflowing toilet, exposure to raw sewage, etc.) 

Maintenance problems must be reported immediately. Please do not make any repairs. If damage to your apartment is caused by any member of your family or guests, you will be required to pay for the damage.
