Eligibility - Section 202

Section 202 eligibility is limited to low-income elderly families and individuals. 

Eligibility for the Section 202 program is based on the following:

  • At least one adult member of the household applying must be at least 62 years old.
  • The household must make less than 50% of the Area Media Income (AMI) of the location of the property.
